1. Logistics Services & Transit Liability
How do we manage the unexpected? At ZEBS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES INCORPORATED, we facilitate the transport and warehouse movement of freight with meticulous care. However, liability for cargo damage, theft, or loss is strictly limited to the values defined by the standardized Bill of Lading and industry-standard liability clauses.
We don't just move boxes; we manage risk. Customers are advised that unless additional insurance is purchased through a third party (or explicitly coordinated via our agents), the transit value protection is governed by general forwarding standards. Have you checked your current coverage lately?
2. Delay and Forwarding Limitations
Service Interruptions
Force Majeure clauses apply to all weather-related and geopolitical delays.
Third-Party Carriers
We act as an agent; carrier negligence is handled via primary carrier claim protocols.
It's important to remember that transit times are estimated. We aren't liable for consequential damages or lost revenue resulting from delays. We're committed to transparency, but logistical variables remain inherent to all freight transportation.
3. Payment and Lien Rights
Payment terms are Net 30 days unless specified otherwise in your direct service agreement. ZEBS DISTRIBUTION SERVICES INCORPORATED maintains a general lien on all cargo in our possession (or in transit) as security for any unpaid balances. It's the standard practice of the trade, ensuring stability for our operations.
Governing Law
Regulated under the laws of New York State.
Disputes
Mandatory arbitration for all logistics disputes.
Acceptance
Booking a shipment implies total agreement to these terms.
